One of the very few places I have ever given a complete five-star review on. I can say with honesty that I've had better food but it's also come at a much higher cost even at a Spanish restaurant. But by no means is the food anyway, not appetizing. Even the salsa appears to be made in-house or they doctor something they buy very well. The customer service of the waiters and hosts is impeccable. Everything is very quick and timed, very well organized. Even the pricing of everything. It's very nice considering this is a tourist destination with non-tourist prices. I had the California burrito. It had a different spin on what I'm used to even though it is not a native dish. But I highly enjoyed it.

My husband and I have been coming here for two years and we love it. This family-owned and managed restaurant truly values their customers and treats them like family. Luis is so kind and attentive. The whole team does a fantastic job. Now the food... it has an authentic flavor that is unique to their restaurant, and reminds me of the homemade Mexican food I had from my friends’ houses growing up. The portions are perfect and the menu has so many options! You can choose from mole to ceviche! There’s plenty of tables outside to enjoy the sun, and they’ve recently renovated the inside dining area, as well as the raw bar area. The delicious margaritas are a plus! I obviously highly recommend Quatro Locos

Awesome place to eat! The food was incredible! I got the pork carnitas tacos and my husband got the chicken quesadillas! So good! Besides, the atmosphere is fun and the people there are wonderful! Great service and so friendly! Experience it for yourself!

Very flavorful Mexican food and generous portions. Waitress was super-friendly and nice to my 9 year old who had lots of questions and comments lol. I had the Shrimp El Diablo and a fish taco. I miss this place already.

Definitely a great place to eat! Indoors or out, their service is spot on. We chose to sit outdoors since it wasn’t too hot yet. Our waiter was extremely nice and friendly. Salsa is fresh and not spicy (thank goodness). Shrimp tacos were yummy, but a little too spicy for me. I traded with my boyfriend, he had combo meat bowl, which was good too. Oh yes, draft beer is cold.

I was born and raised in Arizona, it has been tough finding authentic Mexican food in Tallahassee... this place tastes like I just took a trip back home. Everything was amazing, looking forward to coming back very soon!

Some of the best Mexican food around. Food is fresh, tasty and portions are very generous. Delicious. The atmosphere is fun and festive. We picked a perfect day to sit outside. The road noise can be a little loud if you are right up front, but the views more than make up for it. Highly recommend Our server was fantastic (I forgot his name).

Moved to the area in December and finally got over to try Quatro Locos. It was delicious! Our server Luis was fantastic. We sat outside and enjoyed the music and the atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Update: 15 months of living in Gulf County and Quatro Locos remains one of our go-to dinner spots. The Chili relleno with shrimp and fish and extra veggies was my choice this time. It was fantastic!
